CLIENT SATISFACTION
We stand behind everything we sell. For bicycles, it is our intent to ensure you have made the right choice in your bicycle. We will provide adequate sales consulting to ensure your bicycle purchase is exactly what you are looking for. Our store policy does not allow for Refunds on bicycles. We do provide store exchanges for bicycle purchases. Within 14 days, we will return bicycles for store credit at full value if they are returned in "new" condition. If the bicycle is returned with wear and tear (other than new condition), the return value of credit will be determined at the time you bring the equipment back to the store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase other than a bicycle, simply return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Cash sales are subjectable to a refund in the form of a corporate check. Merchandise must be in like "new " condition. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information.
LAYAWAYS
LAYAWAYS: We are happy in serving you with layaway options. We design our layaways to be completed within 30 days. If you decide inside the 30 days to cancel the layaway, we reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee on your layaway deposit on the merchandise. Layaways beyond 30 days are at the sole discretion of management. However, if a layaway beyond 30 days is cancelled, Epic Bikes reserves the right to collect all of the deposit(s) on the merchandise due to lost opportunity.

The bike is adjusted to fit your body, boosting comfort and efficiency while minimizing the potential for injury. This service is provided with the sale of all bicycles.

2D Comprehensive BG F.I.T. DATA OPTIONAL*
A custom fit that yields significant gains in comfort, efficiency and power.
- PT evaluation to determine range of motion and identify problem areas
- Dynamic saddle adjustment

- Monitor efficiency with watts v. heart rate
3D Advanced BG F.I.T. DATA OPTIONAL*
This is the highest level of fitting bike to body resulting in maximum increase in comfort, efficiency and power. 3D fit includes all the elements of 2D plus the following:
- Advanced flexibility assessment
- Advanced structural assessment
- Footbed fitting with valgus/varus forefoot correction
- Align hip/knee/foot
- Follow-up session included
Aero/Time Trial Fit: DATA OPTIONAL*
The Aero fit is available to maximize the efficiency of your racing efforts. This a performance based fit for those who are trying to beat the clock! Time Trialist or Tiathlete
